and in season 2026 all our 315 rooms will be renovated.
Below you will find all our room types available.
The rooms situated in the main building, the annex building “Knossos” in the garden and the annex building “Athina” opposite of our reception, offer a
fantastic view over the deep blue Cretan Sea or our blooming gardens.
Their selected modern and tasteful decoration invites you to have a rest from the
everyday hectically life, to relax and to enjoy the stay accompanied by Cretan hospitality.
17-21 m2 – 1-2 persons
The renovated rooms with modern interior are equipped with twin beds. The bathroom offers you a walk-in shower. From your balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the view to our beautiful garden. The rooms are situated in the main building and the annex building “Knossos”.
This room type is also bookable for single use.
When booking this room type as “Economy” offer, room allocation is subject to availability and no requests regarding location can be accepted
17-21 m2 – 2 persons
The renovated and modern furnished rooms are situated in the main building or in the annex building “Knossos” offering you an amazing view to the endless blue sea. The rooms are equipped with twin beds and offer you a bathroom/WC and a separate walk-in shower.
21-28 m2 – 2-3 persons
For a comfortable and relaxing stay, choose one of our Superior Comfort Rooms Garden View. Having the same equipment as the Superior Double Room, they offer an additional sofa that turns into the bed for the third person. The rooms are situated in the main building, the annex building “Knossos” and the annex building “Athina”.
21-28 m2 – 2-3 persons
If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, the Superior Comfort Room Sea View is a good choice. Equipped with twin beds and a sofa that turns into a bed for the third person. The rooms are situated in the main building and the annex building “Knossos” and offer you a stunning view to the Cretan Sea.
28-32 m2 – 2-4 persons
The Suite Garden View is an ideal solution for everybody who wants to enjoy comfortable holidays with a bed room offering twin beds and a living room with 2 sofas separated by a sliding door. For guests traveling with 3 or 4 persons the sofas can be turned into additional beds. The rooms are situated in the main building and the annex building “Knossos”.
28-32 m2 – 2-4 persons
The Suite with Sea View offers 2 rooms and is situated in the main building. For your privacy, a sliding door separates the main bedroom with twin beds, from the sitting room with 2 sofas. When you travel with more than 2 persons the sofas turn into additional beds.

31-37 m2 – 2-4 persons
If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, the Suite Garden View with Individual Pool is a good choice. The completely renovated rooms on the west side of our main building and our annex building “Knossos” as well as in the annes building “Athina” welcome you with a stylish and modern design. The rooms offer the same details as the Suite Garden View and in addition you can enjoy your own swimming pool. The pool is heatable at extra charge (minimum heating period: 5 days)
Minimum child age in this category: 6 years.
28-32 m2 – 2-4 persons
The Suites Open Plan, with the optical room divider, situated in the main building and the annex building “Knossos” are perfect due to their size for families travelling with two children. The room is equipped with twin beds and two sofas becoming a comfortable, normal size bed.
17-21 m2 – 2 persons
The renovated rooms, with their modern furnishings, are equipped with twin beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. This room, located in the main building, offers a private pool (heatable for a fee, minimum heating period: 5 days).
21-28 m2 – 2-3 persons
Our modernly furnished Superior Comfort rooms offer twin beds and a sofa from which you can enjoy views of the garden and terrace with your private pool.
The pool is heatable at extra charge (minimum heating period: 5 days)
When the room is occupied by three people, the sofa converts into a bed. These rooms are located in the main building.
Minimum child age in this category: 6 years.
21-28 m2 – 2-3 persons
These modernly furnished rooms, located in the main building, offer two twin beds and a sofa that converts into a bed for the third guest. From your terrace, you have access to the sharing pool, which is shared by two rooms. (Minimum age for children in this room type: 6 years).
35 m2 – 2-4 persons
Located on the seafront of the “Knossos” building, the VIP suites offer breathtaking views over the Cretan Sea. The master bedroom with twin beds and the living/sleeping area with two sofas that convert into beds for a third and fourth person have separate doors, and the shared bathroom is situated in between. Enjoy our additional amenities – bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station, and a daily refilled minibar (water, soft drinks, beer).
35 m2 – 2-4 persons
Relax on your spacious terrace by your individual pool with stunning views of the garden and the sea. The master bedroom with twin beds and the living/sleeping area with two sofas that convert into beds for a third and fourth person have separate doors, and the shared bathroom is located in between. Enjoy the additional amenities – bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea making facilities, and a daily refilled minibar (water, soft drinks, beer). The pool can be heated for a fee (minimum heating period: 5 days)

115 m2 – 2-11 persons
Our new product for the 2026 season is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together in Crete.
The two-story villas offer four separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Each floor includes a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette and dining area. Each villa has a private parking space with an electric vehicle charging station and a barbecue area in the garden.
The minimum age for children in this category is 6 years.
