Actually we are in the process of totally renovating our hotel step by step
and in season 2025 there will be 199 renovated rooms (of a total 315 rooms).
Below you will find all our new room types available from 2025 on as well as our 2024 room types.
The rooms situated in the main building or the annex building “Knossos”, offer a
fantastic view over the deep blue Cretan Sea or our blooming gardens.
Their selected modern and tasteful decoration invites you to have a rest from the
everyday hectically life, to relax and to enjoy the stay accompanied by Cretan hospitality.
17-21 m2 – max. 2 persons
The renovated rooms with modern interior are equipped with twin beds. The bathroom offers you a walk-in shower. From your balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the view to our beautiful garden.

The renovated and modern furnished rooms, are situated in the main building or in the annex offering you an amazing view to the endless blue sea. The rooms are equipped with twin beds and offer you a bathroom/WC and a separate walk-in shower.

For a comfortable and relaxing stay, choose one of our Superior Rooms Rooms Garden View. Having the same equipment as the Standard Double Room, they offer an additional sofa that turns into the bed for the third person.

If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, the Superior Comfort Room Sea View is a good choice. Equipped with twin beds and a sofa that turns into a bed for the third person.
28-32 m2 – max. 4 persons
The Suite Garden View is an ideal solution for everybody who wants to enjoy comfortable holidays with a bed room offering twin beds and a living room with 2 sofas separated by a sliding door. For guests traveling with 3 or 4 persons the sofas can be turned into additional beds.

The Suite with Sea View offers 2 rooms. For your privacy, a sliding door separates the main bedroom with twin beds, from the sitting room with 2 sofas. When you travel with more than 2 people the sofas turn into additional beds.

If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, the Suite Garden View with Individual Pool is a good choice. The completely renovated rooms welcome you with a stylish and modern design. The rooms offer the same details as the suite and in addition you can enjoy your own swimming pool which is heated in low season at 24°C (higher temperature possible at extra charge.
35 m2 – max. 4 persons
The VIP Suite with unlimited view over the deep blue Cretan Sea will meet your highest expectations. The rooms at the best location of the hotel make your stay a luxury experience. In the separate sitting room, the 2 sofas can turn into beds for the 3rd and 4th person. The exceptional designed suites offer plenty of room. The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with twin beds and an armchair turning quickly and easily to a comfortable bed. From your balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the view to our beautiful garden.

The Superior Family Room Garden View is an ideal solution for families travelling with older children. The two rooms with separating door offer twin beds and a seating group with 2 arm chairs unfolding easily to comfortable beds accompanied by superior services. Situated in the ground floor they have direct access to our beautiful gardens.
34-36 m2 – max. 4 persons
The Superior Family Room with Sea View offers 2 rooms. For your privacy, a door separates the main bedroom with twin beds, from the sitting room. Two armchairs unfolding fast and easily to comfortable beds or a sofa can accommodate 2 People. Most rooms are located in the main building. A perfect choice for families travelling with children. Enjoy the luxury services of the superior rooms.
34-36 m2 – max. 4 persons
If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, the PREMIUM Family Room with Garden View is a good choice. The rooms were completely renovated in 2020 and welcome you with a stylish and modern design. The rooms offer 2 bedrooms (2 beds each), which are separated by a door/sliding-door. Besides the extra services like welcome drink, bathrobes, slippers and daily filling of the minibar this room category offers you a large terrasse with a beautiful view to our garden.
38 m2 – max. 4 persons
The Deluxe Seafront Suites with unlimited view over the deep blue Cretan Sea will meet your highest expectations. The rooms at the best location of the hotel make your stay a luxury experience. In the separate sitting room, the armchairs unfold fast and easy to comfortable, normal size beds. The exceptional designed suites offer plenty of room.
30-32 m2 – max. 4 persons
The Junior Suites, with the optical room divider, situated in the main building and the annex are a good alternative due to their size, for families travelling with two small children. The room is equipped with twin beds and two armchairs unfolded becoming a comfortable, normal size bed. Let your glance wander over the blooming garden from your terrace or balcony.
