Open 24 hours our reception desk is the heart of the hotel and our reception team will be happy to assist you from your reservation until your departure.
Your room will be available from 13:00 h on. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to hand over the room key the latest until 12:00 h.

Please inform our reception upon your arrival in case you want to use the Express Check Out option with automatic credit card charge.
For large items like laptops our reception offers the possibility to place them into the safe of the reception (extra charge).
In the heart of our lush garden with shady palm trees and tamarisks, the fresh water outdoor pool offers you a pleasant alternative to the nearby beach. Swim your rounds, relax in the sun, have a drink at the adjacent pool bar and simply enjoy the day.
Deckchairs and umbrellas around the pool and all over the lawn are at your disposal free of charge.
In the pool area you can exchange daily the bathing towel offered free of charge to a fresh one.
The pool area and the pool bar are renovated in the winter 22/23.

Besides our main pool, you can swim in our heated indoor pool in the 2024 completely renovated Spa area.

Adjacent to the large outdoor pool we offer a fresh water children’s pool for our little friends. It is covered by large umbrellas to protect the children while playing in the water. The children can relax on special small sunchairs. (Opening hours: 07:00 – 19:30 h)
The natural sandy beach of Anissaras stretches out between the small village of Analipsis and the quite vibrant village of Hersonissos, in a length of 4 kms.
Enjoy swimming in the Cretan Sea, relaxing or taking a walk on the beach. A day on the beach will make you forget the hectic pace of everyday life.
Sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels are at your disposal free of charge.
In case your reservation does not already include our superior services as daily filled mini bar, bathrobes, slippers and coffee / tea station you can book them in addition at our reception.
Besides the luxury flair and private atmosphere our cabanas offer further services like bathing towels, chilled hand towels, sun cream, fresh fruits, chilled water, and cleaning spray for your glasses.

With a capacity of up to 120 persons, the conference room ODYSSEUS, equipped with projector, beamer and screen, can host any event or meeting.
In case you want to watch a football match or your favorite TV-show with your friends, you can use the TV Room / small conference room PROMETHEUS equipped with a wide-screen Flat screen television set, with international satellite programmes.

The small church of our hotel is dedicated to the Saint Hyacinthe of Cappadocia, the Orthodox patron saint of the lovers celebrating on the 3rd of July of each year. The Saint Hyacinthe lived 98-117 AD and served the Emperor Trajan. He is popular especially on Crete.

For information regarding public busses, sight seeing in the surrounding area and more please address to our “Anissa plus” office close to the gym /mini market.
For your comfort and convenience, we also provide external laundry and ironing service. Laundry bags and price lists are located in your closet. Put your clothes in the bag with the service needed marked on the list and leave it on your bed or deliver it to the reception. Within 2 days (except weekend), you will receive your clothes back.
Take a book with you to relax on the beach, under the palmtrees or on your balcony. At our library on the way to the conference room you will find a big variety of books.
